MASTER OUR SYMBOLS
HANG OUT YOUR LAUNDRY
Why avoid the dryer: - It causes significant energy consumption. Opt for air drying instead: You help preserve your clothing You reduce the wear of the fabric, You reduce the risk of creasing, even no need to iron ;) You prevent shrinkage, and prevent the formation of pilling, All without any energy consumption!
PILLING
Pilling is the formation of small balls of fibers common with wool or cotton. These pills can appear quite easily, but this is not a reason to get rid of the garment. You can reduce their formation by turning the garment inside out before washing or removing them using an electric anti-pilling shaver. It is essential to understand that the presence of pilling does not mean that the garment is worn out and therefore destined to be thrown away, but rather that it evolves over time, just like us and the objects around us.
VENTILATE YOUR CLOTHING
Hang your clothing out in the open air to air it out. Washing clothes is a process that gradually wears out fabrics while consuming water and energy. Sometimes you just need to air your clothes or brush them to make them look like new.
FILLED AND LOW TEMPERATURE WASHING MACHINES
Each wash consumes water and energy; by filling the washing machine, the number of washes is reduced and your clothing wears out less. Plus, washing at low temperatures offers a gentler approach to your garment. It limits the risk of shrinkage, maintains its color, while reducing energy consumption.
GENTLE SPINS
Opt for a gentle spin program to minimize pilling on your clothes, while contributing to an environmentally friendly approach. This method also helps limit the release of microfibers.
COTTON AT
THE GOOD SISTERS CLUB
Appreciated for its durability, cotton is the world's leading textile fiber and holds an important place in each of the LES BONNES SOEURS CLUB collections. Pure or mixed with other materials, it is light, pleasant to wear, breathable and above all easy to maintain. Cotton has the advantage of being washable at all temperatures; however, washing at 30 degrees remains ideal for respecting fibers and colors.
